After School Program

Our After School Program gives students a place to play, learn, grow, and thrive!
After School’s goal is to foster safe learning, and playing after the school day. Open to students to Kindergarten through 5th grade, our program is facilitated by qualified, highly trained and loving staff and includes gross motor activities (time to run and play), time for homework support and daily reading, character development and enrichment activities and of course, snack time!
After School is hosted at the Y and is available Monday - Friday from 3 pm - 5:30 pm (and 2:00 dismissal days). Our first day of After School for the 2025-2026 school year will be August 18th.
As a result of Annual Campaign, financial assistance is available for families that qualify!

11:30 Dismissal and School Out Days
“Having the 11:30 dismissal program as part of the YMCA aftercare has been such a blessing for me. I know he will be spending the afternoon with other kids his age, getting healthy snacks and plenty of exercise. As an added bonus, he loves it! ”
In addition to After School, we also offer care on 11:30 Dismissal and School Out Days!
Children from all school districts can enjoy a day at the Y when school is not in session due to select school holidays, seasonal breaks, and institute days. These days allow working parents the peace of mind that their student is engaged, learning, and having fun in a safe, positive, and caring environment when school is not in session! Students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade are able to attend these special days full of playing games in the gym, enjoying time in the game room, doing special crafts and STEM activities, and more!
