Youth Volleyball Clinics

Girls and boys entering 5th through 8th grads in the ’08-’09 school year are invited to learn more about the sport of volleyball at the YMCA. Beginning July 22nd, the YMCA will offer six weeks of clinics that will teach the basic rules and skills of the sport. Clinics will be held from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. each Tuesday evening. However, if enrollment numbers justify it, the times will be adjusted to best serve the participants. Cost is $18 per member participant and $27 per nonmember participant. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Registrations are due July 15th. Come learn volleyball at the organization that invented the sport!

High School Summer Volleyball Leagues

The Mt. Sterling YMCA offers a six week high school summer volleyball league beginning June 19th. Team cost is $135. Call Jeff Summers at 217/773-2230 for more information.
