Itty Bitty Basketball
The Y will offer Itty Bitty Basketball for youth 4 years old and kindergarteners. This 5 week clinic will be held Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. beginning January 28th. The purpose of Itty Bitty Basketball is for kids to learn the fundamentals of basketball in a non competitive and fun atmosphere! Cost for the program is $18 for members and $29 for non members. Registrations are due January 21st. All participants will receive a T-shirt. The quality of this program greatly depends on volunteers. Regardless of your basketball knowledge or experience, your help is needed!
1st and 2nd Grade Basketball Clinics and League
The Y will offer a basketball program for youth in the 1st and 2nd grades. This 6 week program will be held Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., beginning January 28th. The first three weeks of clinics teaches basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, shooting, rebounding, and defense in a non competitive and fun atmosphere! Kids also get a chance to fine tune their skills with three games in the final weeks. Cost for the program is $21 for members and $33 for non members. Registrations are due January 16th. All participants will receive a T-shirt. Volunteers are critical to the quality of this program. Regardless of basketball knowledge or experience, your help is needed!
3rd and 4th Grade Basketball League
The Y will offer a 3rd and 4th grade coed basketball league. The 7 week league will be held on Saturday’s beginning January 28th. There will also be a mandatory skill evaluation January 14th at 9:00 a.m. to determine team placement. Cost for the league is $21 for members $33 for non members. Registrations are due January 12th. Volunteer coaches are needed.
5th and 6th Grade Girls Basketball League
The Y will offer a 5th and 6th grade girls basketball league. The 7 week league will be held on Saturday’s beginning January 28th. There will be a mandatory skill evaluation on January 14th at 10:00 a.m. to determine team placement. Cost for the league is $21 for members and $33 for non members. Registrations are due January 12th. Volunteer coaches are needed.
