BODY STEP
(Small Room)
Cardio step class that also utilizes free weight work to provide
a full body workout.
Wednesday 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.

Great stretching and relaxation for all ages.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Monday & Wednesday 12:10 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.
Thursday 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
All aerobics classes are free to members.
Non-members may participate in all aerobics classes offered for a fee of $25 per month.
