After an initial meeting with a fitness coach, you will receive an individualized exercise routine which will include both cardio and weight training that meets your personal goals. Each week, over the course of twelve, your fitness coach will meet with you to discuss your progress. This discussion may lead to changes in your exercise routine. This program costs $20 for members and $50 for nonmembers. Nonmembers may only use the facility 3 times per week under this program.

If you’ve been through the 12 Week Personal Fitness program and are ready to amp up your workout, Group Fitness Training is for you! The workouts are changed on a daily basis and will include both cardio and weight training. Four individuals at a time can sign up for regularly scheduled 45 minute sessions. So, grab your friends, sign up together and hold each other accountable for your healthy lifestyle.
